By accessing and using Simi Eyewear’s website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Availability

While we aim to keep all listed products in stock, availability is not guaranteed. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@simieyewear.com.

4. Payment Terms

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
We do not accept credit/debit card payments or online transfers at this time.
The total amount must be paid in full upon delivery to the courier.

5. Home Trial Service

For home trial requests, please contact us directly. Do not place your order through the website. Our team will deliver up to two selected sunglasses, and the courier will wait up to 10 minutes for you to choose the pair you love. This service is subject to availability.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept refunds.
Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be:

·        In their original packaging

·        Unworn and undamaged

·        Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items selected through home trial are final and not eligible for exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, product images, designs, and text — is the property of Simi Eyewear. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Simi Eyewear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lebanon.
